Kia ora, I am Angela, I grew up in Auckland, New Zealand, where I had the privilege of experiencing one of the world’s top-quality education systems. This upbringing laid the foundation for my journey to become a teacher myself. Previously, I worked as a New Zealand-trained teacher in both primary and secondary schools in Taiwan. My passion lies in ensuring the academic, emotional, and social well-being of children. I firmly believe that teaching is about empowering students with skills, fostering their creativity, and nurturing their resilience to thrive and lead. Throughout my teaching career, I have always emphasized cross-curricular course planning and formative assessments. I am also a proud mother of two boys and enjoy fiber arts in my spare time. Currently, I am based in Tainan with my family.
p.s. ‘Kia ora’ is hello in Maori, the language of the people of New Zealand.
